Your Mentor

Every mentor on this programme is a Soho House member working in the UK creative industries. Past mentors have included CEOs and founders, design directors, fashion buyers, marketing and communications consultants, and film editors.

We match you based on what you're trying to do — your goals, your interests, the skills you want to build. Your mentor might not have your exact job title, but they'll have the experience and connections to help you get where you want to go.

  • The programme has been so helpful in improving my confidence and awareness of how I should go on about life and my challenges. It’s been a great opportunity to learn from other mentees too.

    Miguel García Adab

  • I was able to make contacts and meet peers who were also creative and ambitious. It was great being able to surround myself with people on a similar journey to me and to be supported by people already established in their industries.

    Toni-Ann Murphy

  • The whole programme was fantastic. I made some great connections and developed a whole set of skills that would have taken years otherwise, if they'd ever happened at all!

    Jack Watson

  • Before the programme, I wanted guidance on how to become a Director in the film industry. Leaving the programme not only have I achieved that by making a Short Film, but I also come away with valuable relationships & peers plus a new Director title.

    Kamal Lashley

  • I finally got my confidence needed to pursue my dreams, and met someone who truly believes in me.
