This helps our young people leave with connections that can change the shape of their careers, and lets businesses connect with new talent.
What to expect
A structured event at your offices
Speed networking events run for around two hours, and can include up to 30 mentors. We will find young people based on the sectors and roles represented so every conversation is relevant. Your team don't need to prepare anything. They just need to show up and talk about what they actually do.
The event closes with a mixer, giving people space to continue any conversations that needed more than a few minutes.
