Jobsboard Posting Guidelines: Our Commitment to Fair and Inclusive Hiring
To ensure every role on our Jobsboard helps overcome barriers to entry and provides a fair opportunity for all, all job postings must meet the following criteria:
✅ Display a Clear, Real Living Wage Salary: All roles must offer a salary that aligns with the Living Wage Foundation. You can check your salary against these rates below. This practice helps remove a major barrier for candidates from working-class backgrounds.
✅ Set a Clear Application Deadline: A specific application deadline is essential to create a transparent and fair process for all candidates.
✅ Provide a Clear and Accessible Application Process: The application process should be straightforward and accessible to all. Avoid complex or overly time-consuming application methods that may disadvantage candidates.

All roles advertised through our Jobsboard must pay the real Living Wage in line with the Living Wage Foundation. Our commitment to fair pay helps remove a key barrier for candidates.

£14.80 per/hour
£28,860 (for 37.5-hour contracts)
£30,784 (for 40-hour contracts)
For ROles in the Uk
£13.45 per/hour
£26,227.50 per annum (for 37.5-hour contracts)
£27,976 per annum (for 40-hour contracts)
