Isabel Farchy, CEO

Isabel began in education as a Teach First teacher at one of London’s leading ARK Academy’s, implementing programmes - including Jamie’s Farm and First Story - to increase social mobility.

After 4 years in the classroom, she worked as an educational consultant, training student teachers for Teach For Lebanon out in Beirut, and developing diversity programmes for creative agencies.

In 2014, Isabel set up Creative Mentor Network. She now leads the charity as CEO.


Rochelle Robertson, Youth Lead

Rochelle has been working with young people since the age of 17 when she co-founded a street dance company.

After completing a degree in youth work and community, she worked with local council in Birmingham, and then went on to head up student support at ELAM,  a media industry college based in East London.

Rochelle is the founder and host of Vulnerable Podcast which supports people to explore their vulnerabilities as strengths, not weaknesses.


Hanna Finley, Head of Programmes and Client Partnerships

Hanna has worked in new business and partnership roles in the creative industry since 2009. 

Before joining CMN, Hanna managed partnerships at a membership organisation that delivered learning experiences to a broad range of brand and agency partners. 

Prior to that, she worked on new business and marketing strategy for a Dragon's Den start up, sponsorship for the YCN Student Awards programme, lead generation consultancy for creative agencies and account management for a record label. 





Russ Lidstone is the CEO of Creative Engagement Group and chairs the CMN board of trustees.


Ned Younger is the Director of Koreo and sits on the CMN board of trustees.

Momina Zafar is a CMN programme graduade, and a students at Pearson College.

Jake Levy currently works at Big Society Capital and has a background in law. He sits on the CMN board of trustees.


Rachel Gott runs SheSays female to female mentoring programme, Who’s Ya Momma, and is the Founder of creative recruitment consultancy, Apple and Ink and sits on the CMN board of trustees.


Niran Vinod works at Facebook Creative Shop and sits on the CMN board of trustees.


Punam Oza has a background in teaching and works at education charity, Teach For All. She sits on the CMN board of trustees.


Jo Kanani is the CFO at Grayling. She is CMN’s Treasurer Trustee.
