Our core team bring a wealth of experience in education, youth programme delivery and charities, and is supported by our board of trustees.


Isabel Farchy, CEO

Isabel began in education as a Teach First teacher at one of London’s leading ARK Academy’s, implementing programmes - including Jamie’s Farm and First Story - to increase social mobility.

After 4 years in the classroom, she worked as an educational consultant, training student teachers for Teach For Lebanon out in Beirut, and developing diversity programmes for creative agencies.

In 2014, Isabel set up Creative Mentor Network. She now leads the charity as CEO.


Hanna Finlay, Head of Programmes and Client Partnerships

Hanna has worked in new business and partnership roles in the creative industry since 2009. 

Before joining CMN, Hanna managed partnerships at a membership organisation that delivered learning experiences to a broad range of brand and agency partners. 

Prior to that, she worked on new business and marketing strategy for a Dragon's Den start up, sponsorship for the YCN Student Awards programme, lead generation consultancy for creative agencies and account management for a record label. 


Bijal Shah, Marketing & Community Manager

Bijal has been in the wonderful world of marketing for over 5 years. Starting out media advertising she moved over to influencer partnerships, events and finally brand marketing.

She's worked with youth communities both client side and agency.

Prior to working at Creative Mentor Network, Bijal has worked at companies such as Depop and Glossier.


Sarah Mohammad, Programme & Schools Coordinator

Graduating with an MSC in International Development, Sarah has worked in community organising and facilitating sessions across schools, charities and corporates on social change and inclusion. 

She has worked with young people across London supporting them with social action projects as well as supporting women’s groups in Greece. 

Sarah has worked in operations roles for organisations including Ethiopian Women’s Empowerment Group and Hackney Pirates. Alongside this, she has delivered inclusion and equities training for diversity organisations including Fearless Futures.
