CONSULTATION

We met with the We Are Social culture team to understand what their internship process had been to date, why it wasn’t working for them, and who they wanted to reach.

TIMELINE

We worked with the We Are Social team to plan a more democratic, video application process, and promoted the launch day at We Are Social HQ. Then we went out to our network to find the people we thought would be a great fit for the opportunity, and organised a series of workshops to support young people with their applications.

We Are Upstarts is 6 week, paid internship programme.

A creative placement with a difference, open to those with a curious mind and something to say. It's a chance to make a name and career for yourself at We Are Social.
