We met with The Kennedys team to learn about the existing programme and why they wanted their people to mentor, and what support young people needed.
Over 16 weeks, we designed and delivered a bespoke programme of training for mentors and mentees. At the end of it, The Kennedys participants were able to set and work towards clear goals with their mentors.
The Kennedys is a year long programme designed to help young people looking to get into creative advertising to build a portfolio of work and learn new skills, and to help the agency’s best people develop their mentoring skills.
