Our 16-week programme trains industry professionals in coaching and creating inclusive cultures. We train professionals in coaching skills for effective leadership. Your employees embed and refine their skills through 1:1 sessions with our 16-24 year old talent.
We work directly with colleges, universities and youth centres across London to recruit talented and driven young people from low-income backgrounds, and support them into careers in the creative industries through mentoring.
Our programme offers a unique and effective way to build a coaching culture at work, up-skill and retain your top talent, and support a generation of diverse young people into your industry.
Mentors learn career-changing coaching strategies and inclusion theory to use with their mentee and bring back into work.
Mentor Training: 5 x 2hr mentor training workshops (10 hours)
Mentoring: 8 x 1hr mentor meetings at mentors’ place of work (8 hours)
Intakes: February - June ; July - October
Level: Aimed at mid to senior level professionals, looking to develop management and leadership skills
What you get
Places on our certificated training. Our expert Associates support your team to develop as coaches. Our youth programme managers are on hand for drop-ins and calls to guide mentors on how best to support their mentees.
We prescreen and interview every young person before they begin our programme, and curate pairings so that your employees are partnered with a young person who can really learn from them.
As a partner, you can recruit through our network of 400+ young people from diverse backgrounds who have graduated from our programme.
