We met with the Havas HR team to understand their training objectives and how they intersected with diversity and inclusion.
Our programme of training was bespoke to their needs, building a coaching culture and an understanding of how to create a pipeline of talent from low-income backgrounds.
Over the 16 weeks mentors learnt new listening, communicating and coaching skills.
We planned a talent showcase at the end of the programme so that people from across the group could meet and support the talent.
Havas have now set up HKX Platform, an internal pipeline programme aimed at candidates from diverse backgrounds.
After graduating from our mentoring programme, Havas has recruited Leonie as a Junior Strategist on HKX Platform.
We introduced Leonie to the Platform team because we knew she would be a great fit!
